I went from a high school athlete, to an avid gym goer in college, to forcing myself to eat because I couldn’t handle the thought of food anymore.
My love for fitness and curiosity for nutrition turned into an all consuming negative on my life.
I was taking on personal training clients, but couldn’t stomach my own meal plan. I was starting to learn more about business and creating something that could make a difference, but was spending hours in the gym until I had “done enough” after 12+ hours of work.
I wanted to live like the “lucky” people who could eat anything, didn’t care about structure or plans, and just seemed to enjoy their life fully. But that couldn’t happen for me too…right?
That’s where the Sustainable Health Reset came to be! I decided enough was enough, and I was going to figure out a way to enjoy my life NOW, and not once I had reached a certain number on the scale to be “enough”.
And that’s what I’m bringing to you now. A way to create the life and health you want, WHILE continuing to see success in your personal and professional life.
