This is a list of 20+ workouts that take 10-20 minutes to complete. I created this eBook when I was going through a career change and needed something that could still get me in the gym, but didn’t take too much time OR what little energy I had left.

A quick workout allowed me to still move, keep my progress I’d worked hard on, and also a little time to myself when I couldn’t make it to one of the designated CrossFit class times.
