Gym Workout Ideas
I’ve been exercising for over 15 years now. Ranging from bodybuilder, CrossFit, at home, group fitness, bootcamp, and anything else I was willing to try!
This eBook is my personal program when I decided to take a break from CrossFit due to a career change and wanting a change in my training style.
It starts out slow with a 3 day split, then moves up to a 4 day split, and (2) 5 day split options. This can easily be over 4 months of workouts to use and progress through.
I honestly had SO much fun working through this and would recommend it to anyone who’s wanting to get back to more traditional training if they’ve taken a break, or are looking for something different to follow and work through.
You can also use this partnered with running programs or going to a fitness class 1-2 times a week. It’s all up to you!
I hope you enjoy it as much as I did though!
