One less step for you as you prepare for an AWESOME workout involving crafts!
You’ll receive 5 sheets of bodyweight exercises, and 7 sheets of equipment exercises.
You can print them out, get rid of whatever ones you don’t want or can’t use based on equipment, and go from there.
Depending on how big your class is, each person will get about 6-8 exercises. So you’ll want to make sure enough sheets are printed off for everyone to get enough paper strips.
