This is a list of 25+ workouts that take 20-45 minutes to complete. These are some of the workouts I created for my group classes at my local rec center. A lot of these I took to other group fitness studios, or used for myself when I wanted a change.
These can be done solo, with a partner, or in a group setting. It allowed my clients something different each time so they were never bored, and saw progress in their abilities physically whenever we came back to a workout as well.
