hey, I’m Jessie!
I’ve been in the health and fitness space for about 15 years now.
It started with early morning workouts before school to prep for track season, and it just kept growing from there.
Since then, I’ve been a personal trainer, group fitness coach, and online health coach. I’ve written and published three journals, spoken at events, and even shared articles for a local magazine.
But somewhere along the way, I lost the fun of it all.
I got swept up in hustle culture, chasing success, overtraining, under-eating, and believing that working harder always meant living better.
Spoiler: it didn’t.

I found myself exhausted, disconnected, and punishing my body in the name of “discipline.” I took advice from the wrong people, tried to sell expensive coaching programs I didn’t believe in, and lost sight of why I started helping people in the first place. Which was to make health feel good again.
So this is my second chapter.
My way of apologizing, healing, and proving (to both you and myself) that slow, lazy, real-life health can still bring amazing results. From weight loss and muscle growth to better sleep, less stress, and more time for the hobbies and people that matter most.
These days, I’m building a life that works with me, not against me.
I lift, I rest, I bake, I walk, I read. I still have days where I spiral, question everything, or skip workouts for a good show on the couch. But this time, I know how to come back, gently and without guilt.
If you’re tired of “all or nothing,” if you want to feel good again without giving up your free time, and if you just want someone to remind you that your health doesn’t have to be perfect to be worth it, you’re in the right place!
